Every day you will work in various units, such as ICU, PCU, and Med-Surg, providing exceptional care to patients with varying acuity levels. You will be expected to monitor and manage patients, perform diagnostic tests, interpret results, collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, maintain accurate medical records, and provide education and support to patients and their families. To be successful in this role, you must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills are necessary for this role<br/><br/></li></ul>Dignity Health now offers an Education Benefit program for benefit-eligible employees after 180 days.
