- Open, sort, and distribute mailScan important documents (such as invoices, rent increase letters, etc) received via mail to the appropriate electronic filing location and maintain an organized filing systemTrack cash/checks received via mail and reconcile this tracker to the deposit detail on a monthly basisEnter donation information into the online donation database
- Review the accuracy of all invoices entered into the Accounts Payable Automation System, including vendor, invoice number, date, amount, and memo
- Maintain all office equipment (e.g. copier) and support staff in the operation of equipment
- Frequent and prolonged sitting required, with typing and other computer-related work required.
