- Members of the CLAS Academic Advising team share a strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, student advocacy, and student success.
- Use CU Student Integrated Systems (CU-SIS), uAchieve®, Civitas Inspire, CollegeSource® Systems (i.e., TES and Transferology Lab), OnBase®, and Slate by Technosolutions to advise students.
- Use web-based tools (e.g., Zoom®, Microsoft Teams®, and Qualtrics®) to facilitate academic advising presentations, including online/virtual advising appointments, communicate with colleagues, and support assessment of advising initiatives.
- Twelve (12) months of paraprofessional experience at the graduate level (e.g., graduate assistantship experience) in an academic advising or student affairs office or position may be counted toward the full-time professional-level experience.
