We are looking for qualified Team Support Workers (TSW) to work with adolescent youth, ages 13-18, referred to our agency by the probation department.
In this position, you will have the opportunity to act as a positive role model and will proactively help children overcome the effects of prior trauma.
Duties include but are not limited to: Work with the Team Supervisor in planning and implementation of the treatment program for the youth.
Securing partnerships that benefit foster children and youth and those transitioning out of placement; identifying community based collaboration opportunities.
Demonstrated ability and leadership through a minimum of one year related experience in the field of child or family welfare services or as a Social Worker.
