You will have the opportunity to work on an exciting new service we’ve launched to improve the customer experience on Thumbtack by helping them get to faster resolutions with the pros they want to work with.
Our team reaches out to customers who are utilizing the Thumbtack platform and looks to help coordinate their jobs for them, as well as identifying additional potential projects they may need to get done.
At the end of the day, we want our online community to be a one-stop destination where any pro can get all of the information they need to be successful on Thumbtack.
