The Family Medicine team at Heater Road is an integral part of a dynamic Primary Care group which has a focus on clinical and educational quality improvement, population health, and development of new models of care delivery.
The ideal candidate will join our team that has an established presence at our regional sites in addition to our Academic Medical Center.
We have an engaged group of providers invested and committed to optimal patient outcomes, and we are looking to add an experienced CNM with excellent clinical skills to be a part of our strong team.
