- This is a full-time hybrid role for a Vice President, Partnerships and Community located in Washington DC-Baltimore Area. The Vice President, Partnerships, and Community, drives the strategic direction, development, and execution of all partnerships, community, identity programs, and external affairs and projects of the association.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and at least ten (10) years of progressive leadership experience in the area of non-profit/association management, fundraising, external affairs, community engagement, civic engagement, field organizing, and partnership cultivation;
- Current National level partnership and external affairs relationships and experience;
- Ability to forge strong relationships with strategic partners;
