- We are looking for a motivated and driven Senior HR Coordinator with one to three years of generalist experience to support our HR Business Partner team for multiple companies.
- You’ll be learning about TFG and its subsidiaries and assisting the HR Business Partner(s) with administrative tasks and general Human Resources duties.
- Assists HR Business Partner(s) in educating managers and employees on company policies and procedures.
- Assist HR Business Partner with corrective action documentation and discussions, up to and including separation of employment.
