- The Senior HR Benefits Analyst will collaborate as part of the Corporate Human Resources team and work closely with the Corporate Accounting team on required reporting requirements and plan administration as well as collect, compile, analyze and report on HR data, metrics, and statistics related to executive compensation and benefits.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or related field required.
- SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR or CPA or CBP/CEBS preferred.
- Collects and compiles key HR metrics and data from a variety of sources, including human resource information systems (HRIS) and payroll outputs, benefits enrollment records, management and employee surveys, exit interviews, personnel records, government labor statistics, competitors’ practices, and other sources.
- May guide and/or assist with RFP process for benefit renewal, strategic review of various benefit plans, negotiations, and transitions.
