- Systems include air handling equipment, fire alarm systems, building automation systems, fluid pumping for cooling and heating, security card access, refrigeration, freezer alarm systems, boilers and other building electronic systems.
- The Preventative Maintenance duties include belt replacement, lubrication, filter changing, and pressure washing inside of air handling equipment.
- The Senior Building Systems Technician gives guidance to maintenance staff on facility issues.
- Senior Building Systems Technicians who obtain a Minnesota Boiler License, Chief A or B, and five years of trade specific experience working with plumbing and mechanical systems related to Building Infrastructure will have the qualifications required of an Assistant Chief Engineer and will be expected to accept promotion into an Assistant Chief Engineer role.
