- The Sake Sommelier must have a great personality and be able to communicate with members and guests that might share different levels of wine knowledge.
- Develop a training program for all team members to improve their knowledge of sake and wine tasting and service.
- Job RequirementsCourt of Master Sommeliers Certified (Level 2) or equivalent in other accredited organizationsSake Sommelier Class Certified from the Sake Sommelier Association (SSA) is a plusA minimum of two years of experience in the roleAbility to speak and read Japanese is a plus.
