- Provide support to the team in technology applications (e.g., Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel, Adobe Suite, JLL Aero, etc.)
- Manage client lists for individual brokers and teams and schedule outreach blasts using Eloqua.
- Assist with gathering research information and completing market surveys including gathering building information, maps and pictures, CoStar data, and creating and binding tour books.
