- Lead and inspire the USA team of Business Development Representatives (BDR) to meet and exceed their individual and team targets.
- Provide ongoing feedback, training, mentoring, and professional development to the BDR team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- This includes onboarding, training, and feedback to new and old BDR team members.
- Continuously assess and refine the BDR team's processes to maximize efficiency and productivity.
