- Works with third party leave administrator to apply consistent application of Dollar General programs.
- Provides excellent customer service to employees regarding the leave of absence process.
- Responsible for escalated FMLA / leave disputes between the outside leave administrator, employees, managers, including leave eligibility.
- Ensures updated information is provided to outside leave administrator, including job descriptions (as needed), salary continuation plan documents, short-term disability plan changes, organizational changes, changes to leave of absence company policies.
- Internal: network with HRSS, Benefits, Payroll, Risk, ERC, Human Resources, Distribution Centers’ HR staffs, Store Managers, District/Region Managers and IT. External: Primary contact to help resolve issues for vendor(s
