- We are currently growing our North America team and are seeking a HR Specialist - Absence Case Management to join our talented team!
- Thorough knowledge of leave requirements and other legal protections afforded by the FMLA, ADA, Accommodations, Workers' Compensation, Short and Long Term Disability, Return to Work processes and other applicable laws including an understanding of the interactive ADA process and effectively administering it.
- Performs data integrity and compliance audits of benefits and leave of absence data as well as invoice reconciliation.
- Working with the outside vendors as it relates to the employee's leave of absence; i.e. disability, 401k loans, etc.
- Oversees a timely and accurate leave of absence life cycle (from initial notice to return to work).
