- Job Summary: The Director of Sales Enablement will be responsible for leading the development and execution of sales enablement strategies across the organization.
- Hires, develops, evaluates, and influences effective and consistent productivity and teamwork to ensure the delivery of Legendary Customer Service (LCS).
- Direct and develop the Sales Management Process (SMP) practice across Holt divisions to include tool adoption, account planning discipline, customer/prospect contact frequency, pipeline management.
- Oversee the SMP framework used to deliver proper sales coverage across the territory and manage customer interactions before, during and after a sales transaction.
- Develop and implement a sales enablement strategy for each operating company that aligns with the organization's overall sales and marketing objectives.
