- Reporting to the Executive Director, the Director of Finance & Operations works in collaboration with the leadership of The ASSISTments Foundation to support the mission, vision, and strategic direction of the organization, including embracing the Foundations commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- The Director of Finance & Operations handles all operations, including grants and contracts management, human resource functions, compliance, and strategic financial planning in collaboration with the Executive Director and the leadership team.
- Perform financial operations that include payroll accounts payable/receivable, procurement, and research administration.
- Create and perform financial analysis and modeling to forecast revenue, expenses, and income, as well as provide complete and transparent financial data to the Executive Director, Board of Directors, and Senior Leadership.
- Oversee and work closely with the Finance Associate.
