- The Data Scientist will be responsible for uncovering patterns, trends, and correlations within HR data to enable evidence-based decision-making, enhance workforce management, and support strategic HR initiatives.
- This position requires previous Human Resource Data Science experience Responsibilities: Data Analysis and Visualization Extract, clean, and transform HR-related data from various sources to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
- Predictive Modeling Build predictive models to forecast attrition rates, employee performance, and other critical HR outcomes.
- Collaborate with HR business partners to define relevant metrics and key performance indicators for workforce planning and optimization.
- Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, HR Analytics, or a related field.
