- The Continuous Improvement Director is a member of the agency’s executive team reporting to the Chief of Staff/Chief Strategy Officer and is responsible for leading agency-wide continuous improvement and championing innovation and efficiency through developing, testing and coordinating the implementation of technologies, processes and performance measurements.
- Under the direction of the Chief of Staff/Chief Strategy Officer, the incumbent will coordinate agency initiatives in organizational design, strategic planning and performance measurement, and safety services.
- The Continuous Improvement Director has strong written and verbal communications skills, as well as leadership qualities and strong strategic and business knowledge.
- Analyzing agency insource/outsource activities to determine the most cost-effective use of agency funds.
