- The Channel Sales Manager is integral to Leoforce's sales team.
- The role will be responsible for expanding our partner sales channels developing sales and operational strategies growing organizational revenue through our ATS, VMS, MSP and direct partners.
- The Channel Sales Manager will own the full sales cycle for our Arya AI recruiting platform with outbound sales motion, hitting set quota on a consistent basis, and full operational strategy.
- Prospect to new target partners and ATSs, lead initial discovery calls, conduct custom demos, and close customers in our ICP while positioning Leoforce as the industry leading AI-powered talent intelligence solution with a high level of integrity, accountability and focus on delivering a great experience to clients.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, customer success and product teams to deliver first in class search and match solutions.
