- Grow our share of Retail Foodservice oil volume through bulk oil and 35# JIB oil sales.
- Align on pricing/margin strategy with Product Management Team and Sr. Mgr., Bulk oil sales (for bulk), and Retail Team (for 35# JIBs).
- Report monthly to Sr. Manager, Bulk Oil Sales on progress against financial objectives.
- Execute oil contracts (futures, basis, and blends) and regularly share contract position reports with customers (minimum monthly).
- Participate in regularly scheduled team meetings, town halls, and annual events such as team Mid-Year Meeting and company annual or bi-annual meeting.
