- The Hartford is seeking an Assistant Vice President of Group Benefits Claims (the AVP) who will be accountable for achieving exceptional business results and customer experience for large, complex, high-profile customers, inclusive of short and long-term disability, leave of absence, and ADA claims.
- The AVP will report to the Vice President of Group Benefits Employee Services.
- Visibly support and execute on Group Benefits Customer Services, Employee Services and Claims strategic initiatives and goals.
- Use critical thinking skills to gather information, apply sound reasoning, draw appropriate conclusions and make sound decisions in team's management of Disability Claims and related Leave Management events.
