In this position, you will be sworn in as a state Assistant Fire Marshal to enforce the code requirements in the Statewide Fire Prevention Code. This is accomplished by 23 uniform and non-uniform personnel who are trained and certified to enforce a variety of fire prevention regulations to include the Uniform Statewide Fire Prevention Code.
