Minimum qualifications: Requires a bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, sociology, counseling, human services, human resource development (human service track), education, child development and family science or criminal justice, and one year of professional human services work experience as a social worker, child protective service worker, or professional case manager; or a Master’s degree in one of the areas above.

Service and Support type activities may include: Addressing business and technical related questions on the Associations’ digital portal, online banking and other customer-facing tools.

You will travel to meet one-on-one with farmers and small business owners. You will receive thorough training in Platinum's reliable 10-step sales system. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to guests by answering their inquiries, assisting with reservations, and ensuring their needs are met before, during, and after their stay.

Actual pay offered will vary based on multiple factors which may include, without limitation, experience, education, training, specialized skills and certifications. Perform other duties as needed or assigned to ensure facility operates smoothly and customers receive excellent customer service.

Minimum Qualifications Requirement: GS-05: To qualify for the GS-05 you must possess three years of general experience, one year for which was equivalent to at least the GS-04 grade level in the Federal service.
