About this Role The Underground Foreman position will oversee the work of their crews’ depending on job size. The outside work environment will vary throughout the day including changes in terrain, traffic, urban settings, and/or rural settings.

This multi-disciplinary team consists of a licensed medical provider, a clinician, a skills trainer, and peer support who work closely to reduce out-of-home placements for children at risk of hospitalization or residential treatment.

Officers must be willing to work day shift, swing shift or graveyard shift assignments including weekends and holidays. Must be willing to work 8, 10 or 12-hour shift assignments. SUPERVISION RECEIVED/REVIEW OF WORK: Work is normally performed under the general supervision of the Patrol Sergeant or assigned shift commander who assigns and reviews work for conformance to laws and departmental rules and regulations.

This position conducts inspections and maintenance activities for the following attributes: Bridges, Signs, Guardrail and Culverts along with tree trimming, debris removal and shoulder work. Perform field work and maintenance activities alongside employees.

Consistently maintain and repair Tetherow carts, scooters, and golf boardsInspect and test equipment to locate damage or worn parts and diagnose malfunctions or read work orders or schematic drawings to determine required repairs.

Work side by side with the team on brewhouse operations, fermentation monitoring, yeast monitoring, OBeer data management, and tasks that ensure the highest standards of cleaning and sanitation.

Experience creating and establishing standard work for the Maintenance department and working with the maintenance planner to establish routines with measurable results on a daily basis. This person will take charge in reducing down time, tasking routine maintenance responsibilities to their team, prioritizing work order system requests, and developing failure analysis processes for component failures and corrective action plans.
