The main nuance I’m looking for is specific GCP IAM experience and most of that experience using Terraform automation for Infrastructure/Identity as Code. Most, if not all our IAM work in GCP will be via code (Terraform), so that is of the highest need – they really don’t need someone who knows the Admin console UI for the most part.
