Job DescriptionCompensation RangeThe compensation range for this position is $200-250 per hour commensurate with experience. Employee Referral Bonus ProgramJob DutiesOversee the patient's diagnosis and treatment of occupational or motor vehicle injuries.Prepare patients for return to work after illness or injuryRecommend tests to determine extent of injury and to determine appropriate treatmentUphold the company's mission to provide exceptional patient care and leads in a way that aligns with the company's ESG goalsOther duties as assigned Minimum RequirementsMD/DO from an accredited educational institutionBC/BE in Interventional Pain, PM&R, Orthopedic Surgery, Neurology, or Sports MedicineUnrestricted license to practice medicine in the state work will be performedFavorable malpractice historyBasic Life Support/Advanced Cardiac Life Support certificationDEA licenseAdditional Skills/CompetenciesAbility to effectively interact with doctors, patients, and co-workersTact and skill in patient managementExcellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to mentor and supervise staffExcellent verbal and written communication skillsMedicine – Knowledge of the information and techniques needed to diagnose and treat human injuries, diseases, and deformities. This includes symptoms, treatment alternatives, drug properties and interactions, and preventive health-care measuresCustomer and Personal Service – Knowledge of principles and processes for providingcustomer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfactionPhysical/Mental RequirementsSitting, standing, walking, reaching above shoulder length, working with body bent over at waist, working in kneeling position, crawling, climbing stairs, climbing ladders, working with arms extended at shoulder length, lifting max. of 20 lbs.
