Coverage Needed Start Date: November 2026 End Date: Ongoing Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Monday-Friday Must be willing to work nights Call: Must be willing share weeknight and weekend call Cover 4 locations required Clinical Details Practice Setting: Inpatient Patients Per Shift: 5 4 ORs EMR: Cerner Support Staff: 20 RNs, 5 APPs Call: Beeper for assigned patients at 3 sites with 30mins response time required Call Ratio: 1:5 Call Back %: 5 Phone Consults: 1 Patients Seen: 1 Case Types: Location # 1 : 50% Endoscopy, General Surgery, Orthopedics, GYN Robotics, Urology Location # 2 : Endoscopy, General Surgery, Orthopedics, GYN Robotics, Urology, Podiatry Location # 3 : General Surgery, Orthopedics, Endoscopy, GYN/Podiatry Location # 4 : Endoscopy, General Surgery, Orthopedics, GYN Robotics, Urology, Podiatry, Pulm/Bronc Lab, Gastro, OB, Cardiac/Thoracic/Structural Heart Requirements Active AZ license NBCRNA certification with at least one year of experience ACLS and BLS certifications required (AHA or American Red Cross) Must be comfortable practicing independently and performing peripheral nerve blocks Case logs of blocks performed required Must not reside within 90 miles of the facility Ability to explain any gaps in service, malpractice claims, or sanctions from a board of nursing
