Field Technician Commercial Printer Support Pay Rate: $25.00/hr Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (Overtime may be required) Location: Lancaster, PA 17601 Work Type: On-site at client locations Travel: Overnight travel required Sunday ThursdayPosition OverviewOur client is seeking a qualified Field Technician to provide end-user support, primarily focused on upgrading and supporting advanced commercial printers at retail locations. This role requires extensive overnight travel and strong hands-on electro-mechanical troubleshooting skills.Key ResponsibilitiesUpgrade and support advanced commercial printers in retail environmentsReplace printer components (print heads, toner drums, transfer belts, power supplies, paper feeds, image units, etc.)Perform complex troubleshooting on printers, servers, hard drives, and monitor systemsInstall and remove equipment and systems as requiredProvide on-site technical support and resolve escalated technology issuesServe as liaison between customers and internal teams to drive issue resolutionEnsure timely resolution of system, transmission, and equipment issuesDetermine cost-effective repair solutions to minimize customer downtimeSupport daily operation of applications and equipmentRequirements:Drug and Background screening2 3+ years of field service experience (commercial printer experience required)Strong electro-mechanical and printer hardware support experience (Top 2 required skills)Experience working with large/commercial printersAbility to travel extensively by car and/or planeValid Real ID-compliant driver s license, clean MVR, and reliable vehicleWorking knowledge of Windows OS (multi-platform), Windows Server imaging, networking, and system connectivityExperience with Rufus, Windows configuration, and photo printingProficiency in Microsoft Office (including Outlook)Ability to lift up to 50 lbsStrong customer service and communication skillsAbility to work independently in a retail environment Benefits (employee contribution): Health insurance Health savings account Dental insurance Vision insurance Flexible spending accounts Life insurance Retirement plan All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to age, race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.
