CBRE is seeking a hands-on Equipment Controls Maintenance Technician to support operations at an industrial manufacturing facility in York, PA. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing automated production and material handling equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.2:00pm t0 10:30pm Monday through Friday What You’ll DoTroubleshoot and repair automated production and material handling equipmentPerform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial systems and production equipmentSupport PLC-controlled equipment and diagnose operational faultsTroubleshoot motors, VFDs, relays, sensors, photo eyes, conveyors, and control componentsSupport packaging and automated production line equipmentRead and interpret electrical schematics and ladder logicRespond to equipment downtime and complete repairs in a timely mannerMaintain safe work practices and follow OSHA and site safety requirementsDocument maintenance activities and communicate equipment issues effectivelyWork closely with operations and maintenance teams to support facility uptime and reliabilityWhat You’ll Need:High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Valid Driver’s License, required. Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more. Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work. Communication skills to exchange straightforward information. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset. Basic math skills. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups. Why CBRE?
