Physician Assistant/ Sub-Investigator

Overview: We’re looking for a Physician Assistant to join a growing clinical research team supporting industry-sponsored trials. This is a hands-on role working closely with a Principal Investigator, with a strong focus on patient-facing responsibilities, protocol execution, and overall study conduct.This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, is comfortable making clinical decisions, and wants to be directly involved in advancing new therapies across multiple therapeutic areas.Key Responsibilities:Serve as a Sub-Investigator on active clinical trials under physician supervisionConduct protocol-specific patient visits including medical histories, physical exams, and safety assessmentsAdminister investigational treatments (e.g., injectables, vaccines) per study protocolsPerform and oversee clinical procedures such as vitals, ECGs, and blood drawsMonitor, assess, and document adverse events in accordance with regulatory guidelinesMaintain accurate and timely source documentation and electronic data capture systemsCollaborate with cross-functional teams including coordinators, sponsors, and CROsSupport monitoring visits, audits, and regulatory inspectionsStay up to date on study protocols, GCP, and compliance requirementsAssist with study coordination activities as neededQualifications:Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant programActive state PA license (or ability to obtain)Strong background in direct patient careClinical research experience is a plus but not requiredBLS/CPR certification
