Roles & ResponsibilitiesProvide high-quality, evidence-based critical care to medical and neuro ICU patients Manage and monitor patients on CRRT/CVVH and intervene promptly for renal and hemodynamic needs Perform rapid assessment and interventions for sepsis, respiratory failure, and post-cardiac arrest patients Operate and troubleshoot ventilators and advanced ICU monitoring equipment Collaborate with physicians, RTs, pharmacists and interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes Safely float between Medical ICU, SICU and IMC while maintaining expected unit ratios (typically 1:2 or 1:1 for high acuity) Document patient care accurately and maintain compliance with unit and program requirementsAbout United Health Care Staffing, Inc."Better Pay" and "Zero Headaches" and Ready to love your scrubs again?
