Community Outreach Representative

Job Description Our team works with established nonprofit organizations to help expand their community support and funding through professional outreach campaigns. We are currently hiring Community Outreach Representatives to join our team. This position involves representing nonprofit partners in high-traffic retail locations and community environments, engaging with the public, and helping organizations grow their donor and supporter base. This is a paid, entry-level position with training provided and opportunities for advancement within the organization. Key Responsibilities  Represent nonprofit partners at community outreach locations and retail partner sites Engage with members of the public to discuss nonprofit initiatives and programs Give potential customers information on how the nonprofit client impacts the local community Maintain a professional and positive presence at outreach events  Work closely with team leaders and participate in daily development and trainingWhat We're Looking For  Professional and confident in face-to-face communication  Comfortable speaking with new people throughout the day  Interested in developing business, communication, and leadership skills Reliable and able to work in a team-oriented environment  Motivated by performance-based opportunities and advancement Experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, outreach, or business development is a plus but not required.
