This role is responsible for managing full-cycle HR operations, including payroll, employee relations, compliance, benefits administration, and recruiting. The ideal candidate thrives in a smaller, team-oriented environment and is comfortable wearing multiple hats.Key ResponsibilitiesPayroll AdministrationProcess bi-weekly payroll (hourly & salaried)Ensure accuracy across wages, taxes, deductions, and garnishmentsMaintain payroll records and support auditsHandle payroll changes including new hires, terminations, and adjustmentsSupport ACA reporting and complianceHuman ResourcesCoordinate onboarding and offboarding processesMaintain employee records and documentationAdminister benefits and respond to employee questionsSupport employee relations and performance managementAssist with leave administration (PTO, FMLA, ADA, workers' compensation)Compliance & ReportingEnsure compliance with employment laws and company policiesSupport HR audits and reporting (EEO, wage & hour, etc.)Help develop and improve HR processes and proceduresRecruitingPartner with hiring managers on open rolesCoordinate interviews and candidate communicationSupport hiring documentation and onboardingQualificationsRequired:Bilingual in English and Spanish3–5+ years of HR Generalist experience with strong payroll exposureKnowledge of payroll laws and employment regulationsStrong attention to detail and confidentialityBachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (preferred)Why This Role?High-impact, visible position within a growing companyOpportunity to own and shape HR processesCollaborative, team-oriented environmentLong-term stability with growth potentialBenefits include health, dental, vision, 401k, paid time off, and more
