2nd Shift Mechanical AssemblerShift: Monday Thursday, 3:00 PM 1:00 AM Pay Rate: $21.60/hourOverviewWe are currently expanding our production team and hiring 2nd Shift Mechanical Assemblers to support increased customer demand. In this role, you will assemble high-pressure regulators and precision metal components used in the semiconductor industry.This position operates in a clean room environment, requiring strict adherence to cleanliness standards and procedures. Candidates must be comfortable wearing full clean room attire for the entire shift.Key ResponsibilitiesAssemble regulators and mechanical components using blueprints, work instructions, and specificationsBuild complete assemblies from kits (approximately 2030 units per day)Utilize hand tools, torque wrenches, lubricants, and other assembly equipmentConduct helium and functional testing to ensure product performanceInspect parts and finished products for defects (scratches, dents, etc.)Package products according to clean room and shipping standards, including vacuum sealingComplete all required production and quality documentationMaintain clean room standards and follow all safety protocolsRequired Skills & ExperienceTop 3 Skills:Mechanical assembly experienceAbility to read and interpret blueprints and work instructionsExperience building products from start to finish using hand toolsImportant Note:Mechanical assembly experience is requiredCandidates with only medical assembly experience will not be consideredQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED12 years of mechanical assembly experience preferredAbility to read blueprints and written instructionsAbility to stand for up to 10 hours per shiftAbility to lift and maneuver up to 40 lbsAbility to torque up to 150 ft/lbsMust be a U.S. Citizen or permanent resident due to government regulationsWork EnvironmentClean room setting requiring specialized attireFast-paced production environmentEmphasis on precision, quality, and safetyIf this is a role that interests you and you'd like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
