Job Title: Mechanical AssemblerLocation: Elk River, MN (100% Onsite)Duration: 12 Months ContractPay Range: $20.00 to $21.60 per hour on W2Shift: 2 nd ShiftSchedule: Monday to Thursday from 3:00 PM to 1:00 AMJon Description:Candidates will assemble high-pressure regulators and metal components used in the semiconductor industry because these products support semiconductor manufacturing, all work must be completed in a clean room environment.Mechanical assembly experience is required because Medical assembly experience alone is not a fit for this role.Responsibilities:Assemble products and regulators according to blueprints, work instructions, and customer specifications.Build complete assemblies from kits, averaging 20-30 units per day.Use hand tools, torque wrenches, lubricants, and other assembly equipment.Perform helium and functionality testing.Package products to meet clean room and shipping standards, including vacuum-sealed packaging.Inspect parts and finished products for scratches, dents, and defects.Complete production and quality documentation.Maintain clean room standards and follow all safety procedures.Must haves:High school diploma or GED.1-2 years of mechanical assembly experience.Experience using Hand tools.Ability to read blueprints and written instructions.Ability to stand for up to 10 hours per day.Ability to lift and maneuver up to 40 lbs.Ability to torque up to 150 ft/lbs.
