This position is considered a “floater” role and you must be able to travel to different QSAC’s locations which are not all accessible by public transit. Personal vehicle is required for this position. Travel reimbursement for mileage and tolls is possible when applicable.Pay Rate for Position - $17.50Job ResponsibilitiesAdministration & ReceptionRequired to travel to center-based sites throughout NYC and Long IslandWill welcome and admit visitors and greet students and families, while maintaining appropriate security procedures (visitor log book, Time card swipes, etc.)Ensure health, safety & welfare of individuals.Perform administrative duties such as filing, faxing, ordering suppliesBe able to mirror responsibilities of the Office managerMaintain paper and computer filesCalendar management, create and edit Microsoft Office documents, as requestedMaintain individual /family confidentiality.Will respond to and transfer all in-coming calls and take messages in a professional manner and route calls as necessaryPerform other duties as assigned by supervisors and/or senior managementQualifications & Work ExperienceMinimum of an Associates degree highly preferred or related administrative experience required1-2 years customer service/office experience is highly preferredPunctuality and regular attendance is expectedCommitment to company values and adherence to policies is essentialExcellent customer serviceskills are requiredAbility to multi-task, track and follow‑up on all outstanding issues and projectsDependability and flexibility is expectedExcellent interpersonal skills are requiredWorking knowledge Microsoft Office is requiredThis position is considered a “floater” role and you must be able to travel to different QSAC’s locations which are not all accessible by public transit.
