Office Admin Job DescriptionSwim Club Management Group is looking to fill the role of Administrative Assistant. Please see the list of responsibilities and qualifications. While this is our ideal candidate, we will consider candidates that do not necessarily have all the qualifications but have sufficient experience and talent.Responsibilities:Work with Salesforce to manage companies informationAssist with billing through Salesforce for repairs, renovations, etc.Assist recruiters with hiring, events, uniforms, etc.Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the executivePrioritize emails and respond when necessaryCoordinate travel arrangementsMaintain various records and documents for company executive(s)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsTime-management skillsOrganize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetingsAbility to pay attention to detailAbility to multitaskInterpersonal skills The Ideal Candidate Is A detail-oriented self-starter with the ability to work in all types of work environmentsSomeone who exhibits sound judgment with the ability to prioritize and make decisionsEnergetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideasResourceful, can-do attitudeThrives in a fast-paced environmentSkillset And Background Bachelor's degree preferredPrior experience in supporting a senior executive or teamExcellent computer skills, including the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skillsExcellent organization and time-management skills
