Program Manager, Strategic Operations

Overview In this role you will lead cross-functional programs that improve efficiency and scalability for Xometry’s growth in advanced manufacturing. You’ll partner with product, engineering, supply chain, and customer success to implement operations improvements, track outcomes with KPIs, and drive data-informed decisions. The position emphasizes lean practices, process automation, and delivering measurable impact at scale.
