Technical Program Manager, Manufacturing Operations

Overview In this role you will own and evolve the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for Hadrian’s high‑mix, fast-paced manufacturing programs. You will align engineering, supply chain, and operations timelines to enable on-time delivery across NPI and factory-buildout workstreams. You’ll drive data‑driven decisions, identify risks, and enable cross‑functional coordination to scale manufacturing capabilities. This position sits at the heart of Hadrian’s mission to accelerate production of mission‑critical systems through integrated software and automation.
