We're a team of driven professionals who value collaboration, innovation, and the pursuit of excellence.Here, you'll have the freedom to take ownership of your work, build meaningful client relationships, and help shape the direction of our growing assurance practice.We believe in empowering our people — whether that's through mentorship, professional development, or providing the resources you need to lead impactful engagements from start to finish.Job Details Sr.Audit Manager Overview: We are seeking an experienced audit professional to lead and manage multiple engagements within our audit practice as an engagement partner.This role not only requires managing high-risk and complex audits but also mentoring and developing junior staff, fostering their growth and ensuring the team delivers top-quality results.The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted business advisor to clients across various industries, with a focus on maximizing engagement outcomes and achieving excellence in every aspect of the audit process.Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage audit engagements ensuring compliance with accounting standards Utilize knowledge of GAAP and GAAS to identify, improve, and resolve client issues while working collaboratively with other team members Integrate teams across service lines, managing client relationships Assist in solving strategic issues to meet clients' needs and expectations Maintain quality control by reviewing work products and presentations Assume engagement partner responsibilities for high-risk, complex engagements Prepare proposals and collaborate with firm partners to implement new strategies Mentor, train, and develop team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for additional services Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university CPA Certification 8+ years of audit experience Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Interested in hearing more?
