This executive role demands a strategic leader with a strong background in civil engineering and construction management, particularly within the local agencies. The successful candidate will be responsible for business development, including identifying and cultivating new opportunities, leading account planning, and managing a robust project pipeline. Additionally, the AVP will oversee multidisciplinary teams, ensure project delivery aligns with the company's goals, and champion sustainability, innovation, and regulatory compliance. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field, a Professional Engineer (PE) license in the relevant states, and a minimum of 15 years' of experience in engineering management or project leadership, with at least 3 years' in operations and business development. The role requires a proven track record of working with local transportation and infrastructure agencies, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to manage complex projects and budgets. A Master's degree and extensive experience in the industry are preferred.
