The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering with the Executive Leadership Team to set the strategic roadmap, establish dominant strategic initiatives, and ensure the timely execution and value delivery of key projects. This role requires a results-oriented individual with a strong background in strategy, corporate development, or business transformation, and a proven track record of leading strategic initiatives. The VP will also be instrumental in the development of the Strategic Initiatives team, attracting and nurturing top talent to drive lasting change and build a more dynamic and excellent organization.Applicants for the VP position at the company should have a minimum of 8 years' of relevant experience, with a preference for those holding a Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or a related field, and an MBA or equivalent advanced degree. The role demands an exceptional problem solver with a data-driven mindset, capable of delivering pragmatic solutions and driving value for the business. The ideal candidate will have a background in a global, matrixed organization, and experience in a top-tier consultancy is highly valued. Key skills include exceptional analytical, financial modeling, and communication skills, as well as the ability to influence and lead without formal authority.
