The successful candidate will be responsible for leading business development, estimating, and field operations, with a strong focus on strategic execution and operational excellence. This executive leadership role involves overseeing a major division, ensuring all job sites meet safety standards and company policies, and providing executive leadership across all construction management and general contracting projects. The role also includes overseeing project scope, scheduling, budgeting, and quality assurance for high-value builds, as well as recruiting, developing, and retaining top talent. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree, a minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management, and a proven background in mechanical construction, particularly in design/build projects. Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and process piping systems is essential, as is proficiency in various construction management software. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and strategic problem-solving skills, and the ability to drive innovation, best practices, and continuous improvement throughout the division.
