We are looking for compassionate and dedicated nurses who are committed to providing exceptional care in a home setting.Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management.Document patient care and maintain accurate records in compliance with regulations.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive patient care.Respond promptly to patient needs and concerns, ensuring high-quality service.Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.Requirements:Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida.Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in home health or community settings.Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.Compassionate demeanor with a patient-centered approach to care.Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) system, Axxess, is a plus.About Us:PINELLAS 1 HOME HEALTH CARE CORP has been serving the Clearwater community for over 10 years, providing quality home health services with a personal touch.
