Digital Marketing Manager
In an effort to elevate our brand presence and drive engagement across our portfolio, the Backal Hospitality Group is seeking an innovative Digital Marketing Manager to join our team of hospitality professionals.Working under the direction of the executive and creative leadership teams, the Digital Marketing Manager will develop, execute, and oversee the multi-channel digital marketing strategies for BHG properties. This role places a primary focus upon enhancing brand storytelling, optimizing digital guest acquisition, managing community engagement, and ensuring consistent reporting across all digital assets in accordance with BHG’s standard of excellence.This role will be instrumental in campaign management by developing, launching and integrated digital marketing campaigns spanning paid media, SEM/SEO, and email marketing to drive venue and event bookings, content and social media strategy by overseeing the content calendar and organic social media footprint across all relevant channels, ensuring high-quality, on-brand visual storytelling that echoes BHG’s values.Additional functions include website and digital assets to Maintain and audit property websites, landing pages, and online listings (OpenTable, Resy, Google Business Profile) for up-to-date accuracy, menus, and booking integrations, analytics and reporting to track, analyze, and regularly report on KPI performance including website traffic, conversion rates, social engagement, and ROI on ad spend to guide future strategy and brand compliance to ensure all digital messaging, imagery, and promotional copy strictly adhere to BHG brand identity guidelines and local regulatory/privacy rules.The ideal candidate will possess 3 to 5 years of progressive digital marketing experience, ideally within premium hospitality, high-volume restaurants, luxury events, or hotels and proficiency with Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics (GA4), email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact), and basic content tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite). Familiarity with hospitality reservation and event software (e.g., Resy, OpenTable, Tripleseat) coupled with excellent copyediting, visual design sensibility, strong organizational skills, and exceptional verbal and written communication abilitiesOur Vision:The Backal Hospitality Group is an ever-evolving collection of venues, event services, and investments, anchored in hospitality and inspired by New York.
