The iconic Elysée New York is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager. As the Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in executing the strategic vision for marketing and demand generation across the hotel, its outlets, and sales offerings. This role serves as a key bridge between Sales, Revenue, and Digital Marketing, ensuring the property remains a top-tier choice for luxury travelers, corporate groups, and high-net-worth individuals. We are committed to providing you with:Highly competitive annual salary of $80,000-$90,000 based on experienceAn exceptional benefit plan for eligible associates & your family members401K matching program for eligible associatesFlexible scheduling to allow you to focus on what is important to youDiscounts with our Crescent managed properties in North America for you & your family members ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Digital Marketing & Content LeadershipOwn the hotel's organic social media program-content calendar, scheduling, publishing, brand alignment, and ongoing optimizationManage community engagement and reputation across social channels, responding in brand voice and escalating as neededProduce and coordinate on-property photo/video content (capture through post-production) and maintain organized asset libraries for efficient, on-brand reuseExecute email marketing campaigns across segments (leisure, corporate, group, and F&B), including audience pulls, QA, and send scheduling Marketing Strategy Execution & Campaign SupportExecute annual marketing plan initiatives in partnership with Crescent corporate marketing, aligning priorities, approvals, and brand standardsTrack competitor activity, market trends, and insights to refine messaging, offers, and channel strategyOwn the master marketing calendar, ensuring campaigns and initiatives launch on time across channels Cross-Functional Leadership & Commercial SupportServe as the on-property marketing lead, aligning stakeholders, prioritizing requests, and ensuring teams are informed and prepared for launchesContribute to weekly leadership and commercial meetings with updates, priorities, and performance insightsDevelop and refresh sales/event collateral (one-sheets, presentations, menus, proposals) to support revenue generationPartner with Operations and Food & Beverage to plan activations and guest programming, coordinating promotion across channelsProvide brand and marketing guidance to elevate guest experiences and property initiatives Partnerships & Lifestyle MarketingSource and coordinate influencer partnerships and collaborations that align with brand positioningDevelop local brand partnerships and community relationships to increase awareness and drive demandLiaise with tourism organizations and local marketing partners to extend reach and maximize co-marketing opportunitiesExecute community-facing initiatives that strengthen the hotel's local presence and relevance Brand Management & Creative OversightProtect and apply brand standards and narrative across all marketing materials, channels, and guest touchpointsDevelop, organize, and maintain marketing collateral and presentations for internal and external use Reporting, Budget Coordination & AdministrationDevelop and distribute performance reporting and insights (campaign, channel, and segment) to guide decisionsManage budget tracking, invoice processing, and vendor coordination to support on-time campaign executionOwn project tracking for marketing initiatives, keeping stakeholders aligned on timelines, dependencies, and next stepsMaintain repeatable processes and documentation that improve efficiency and consistency across marketing execution Collaboration & CommunicationCoordinate stakeholders, Crescent corporate marketing, agencies, and vendors to align priorities, approvals, and on-time deliveryCollaborate with Sales, Revenue, Operations, and Food & Beverage to support integrated commercial strategies and client supportManage marketing support for a portfolio of luxury accounts (travel agencies and Fortune 500 corporate clients), including site inspections and property tours to drive conversion REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:Experience: 3+ years in hospitality, lifestyle, or brand marketing (Manhattan experience required).Technical Skills: Working proficiency in Revinate, fdc, or similar CRM; strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign/Photoshop) or Canva for light design work.Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to represent a luxury brand to a global, high-touch clientele.Flexibility: Available to work a flexible schedule, including occasional evenings for client events and industry networking. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:Fluency in a second language (e.g., German, French, Spanish, or Italian).Active membership in local hospitality organizations like HSMAI.
