Position: Business Operations Integrations and Communications SpecialistPosition Type: Direct HireLocation: Hybrid (3 days/week onsite in Warren, MI | 2 days remote)Pay: $55,000 - $72,000Shift: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMPosition Summary:The Business Operations Integrations and Communications Specialist role is a blend of the current Digital Service Provider (DSP) integrations space along with the BizOps Communications and Training space. The selected candidate will be responsible for becoming a subject matter expert (SME) in all programs and applications affecting the dealer service lane including Online Service Scheduling (OSS), Service Lane Tool (SLT), Dealer Management Systems (DMS), and others. This role will support the DSP Integrations team in all aspects of these programs and applications including third-party vendor integration certification, while also creating and delivering various training and communications artifacts (digital, print, video) to support the applications and programs as well as the wider initiatives for the Business Operations team and Digital Sales & Services organization in support of our customers, dealers, and field team. Position Responsibilities:Serve as a primary business point of contact for third-party vendors throughout their implementation of Digital Service Solutions’ integrations during the development, testing, pilot, and release phases in the US, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, and ArgentinaBecome an SME on various applications affecting the Service Solutions line of businessDrive operational success metrics and goals for the Business Operations team in conjunction with the Service Insights teamWork with third-party vendors to implement spec updates to support application updatesManage compliance with vendor contractsAssist with DSP spec development and help establish business requirementsWork with the UAT team, Product Managers, Business Leads, third-party vendors, and dealers to validate integration functionality and timely deploymentAssist with the implementation of an overall training and onboarding process for service lane field personnelCompose, edit, and publish service lane related training documents, marketing materials, newsletters, and moreOrganize and facilitate training sessions for external vendors, field personnel, dealers, and internal stakeholdersAttend and present at industry trade shows and other dealer/field events to share information on upcoming features and developments in the service lanePosition Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or similar disciplineMust be comfortable presenting in front of large groups of dealers, field teams, and leadershipExperience creating and hosting training content for both onsite and remote participants Must be able to travel ~25% of the time to attend and present at large industry conferences, global brand meetings, regional field trainings, etc.Strong written and oral communication skillsProject Management background and experienceStrong MS-Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot tables, etc.) and MS-PowerPoint Must be familiar with dealership fixed operations and service lane processes Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritize accordinglyStrong relationship-building and interpersonal skills required to work effectively with other teams across the organization, and with dealers and field personnelMust be able to travel to Warren, MI for onsite work 3 days per weekPreferred QualificationsMarketing/advertising background MS-Power BIKnowledge of and experience with the field organization preferredHighly collaborative work style.
