Basically, they are going to implement Oracle Case Management (essentially HR Help Desk) and need someone with these below functional skills that has done several Case Management implementations. Collaborate with client to assess their case management processes for all disciplinary actions, identify future-state needs, and recommend Oracle Case Management solutions to address client requirements; key focus areas include:Standardize and streamline the case management process; eliminate redundanciesEnable managers to be able to retrieve case details and documentation quickly from a single location; enable collaboration by multiple employees on the same caseEnable ability to upload documentationProvide real-time view of case statuses, progress, and performance metricsDevelop and document functional specifications based on client requirements, and design custom solutions within the Oracle Case Management frameworkConfigure Oracle Case Management module and maintain configuration workbookGuide client through unit, systems integration, and user acceptance testing; develop test cases and scripts accordinglyCollaborate with team members including project management, technical, security, change management, and trainingProvide guidance on leading practices for case management reporting and analyticsProvide guidance on leading practice, role-based security design
