Guiding teams from planning through executionPartner with project teams to proactively identify risks, run orientations, with safety top of mindGet into the field. Visit sites. perform assessments, and drive real-time solutions to safety challengesBuild a strong safety culture, motivate crews, introduce fresh, engaging ways for safe practices to stay front and center.Own EHS reporting, building trusted relationships with customer leadership as the go-to safety expertInvestigate incidents and near misses, lead root cause analysis, and ensure full compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, and all regulatory standards, in alignment with the broader EHS teamWhat You Bring5-10 years’ relevant experience. More years of experience can be considered at a higher level.Comprehensive knowledge of the EHS concepts and practicesOSHA, Worker's Compensation, EPA, DOT, State regulations and how regulations impact businessRoot cause analysis (RCA) assessment and incident investigationHuman Factors/Human Performance is nice-to-have, not requiredAgree to travel requirements potentially exceed 75%Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
